Thank you for supporting Angkorian Collection. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.

៚ All Sales Are Final
For hygienic reasons and to ensure the highest standard of quality for our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before completing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.

៚ Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will gladly make it right.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at AngkorianCollection@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The packaging
    • The issue (damage/defect)

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund.

៚ Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please first check with neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms.
  • If still missing, email us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders that show confirmed delivery, but we will support you in the recovery process.

៚ Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has begun processing, we cannot cancel or modify it.
