៚ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated during special releases or pre-order windows.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

៚ Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

  • United States

៚ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

Please note: Holidays, customs delays, or carrier issues may extend delivery times.

៚ Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once your order has shipped.

៚ Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These fees:

  • Are determined by your country’s customs office
  • Are not included in product or shipping prices
  • Are the responsibility of the customer

We cannot predict or control these fees.

៚ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. However, we want you to receive your order safely.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

៚ Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If you need to update your address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Orders that ship to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
